The advancement of ultrasonography (USG) has transformed obstetrics and gynecology, yet operator skills remain a challenge for accurate screening and diagnosis. Sonogrouper addresses this by providing regular USG training for obstetricians, GPs, and sonographers. Through structured sessions, hands-on practice, and case discussions, it enhances technical proficiency and diagnostic accuracy, improving patient outcomes and empowering providers to deliver high-quality care.

Program Detail
Timeframe : 3 months
Sessions : 12 meetings, conducted every Friday
Location : Prenatal Center, Ciputat or Network Clinic
Registration Fee per Participant: IDR 8,000,000
This fee includes:
- Access to 12 training sessions.

Participants are given the opportunity to allocate and manage their time during the 12 sessions to meet target requirements. - Mentorship
IPI mentors will be available to provide guidance and ensure participants’ progress throughout the program.
Profit Allocation for Waqf
After deducting all operational costs, the remaining profit from the program will be fully allocated to waqf initiatives, such as:
- Supporting maternal and child health services in underserved communities
- Developing sustainable healthcare projects, including free ultrasonography services for those in need
Curriculum
Objective: Assess participants baseline knowledge in first-trimester and anomaly scan
Objective: Provide in-depth knowledge of first-trimester and anomaly scans, including: First Trimester and Anomal Scan
Method: Lecutres, Interactive Discussions, and Video Demonstrations
Duration: Conducted in the first 3 sessions (2-3 hours per session)
Objective: Evaluate knowledge improvement and theoretical understanding after the theory sessions
Objective: Enhance practical USG skills through supervised scanning
Format:
Small group sessions to ensure focused guidance
Hands-on practice using real patients
Focus Areas:
First-trimester screening (NT, NB, UT-PI, CRL)
Comprehensive anomaly scans for fetal anatomy
Duration: Conducted in sessions 5-12
Objective: Participants are required to submit a portfolio of USG results to demonstrate proficency,
FTS including: CRL (3 images), NT+NB (3 images), Uterina PI (3 images).Â
Anomaly Scan including:
1. Brain (3 images): Cerebral View & Thalamic View
2. Heart (3 images): Left Ventricular Outflow Tract (LVOT), Right Ventricular Outflow Tract (RVOT), Three-Vessel View (3VV), Four-Chamber View (4CV)
3. Facial Profile (3 images): Nasal Bone (NB), Nuchal Translucency (NT), Orbit & Lense, Palate View
4. Other Organs
5. Additional Education:Â Explaining findings and ultrasound result to the patient, ensuring they understand the procedure and its significance
Criteria for Certification:
1. Completion of pre-test, post-test, and all sessions with score more than 70%
2. Submission of requred ultrasound results meeting quality standards
Certifcate Issuance: At the end of the program, certified participants will receive recognition for their proficiency in first-trimester and anomaly scanning
